How to make payment

After the meeting held on 14 June 2022 with our RC and UMLand, it come up with the following payment procedure.

1.  Maintenance fee of *RM100/mth* can be made to Umland office or SAP online account with immediate effect* .
2. Jan-Mar 2022 fee is RM125/mth. From April onwards, *RM100/mth*
3. It's advisable to make quarterly payment- April to June.
4. Those who had made advanced payment in Jan for period of 6 months (Jan-June), please check at Umland counter for further assistance.

     Online payment to OCBC account no. 7101092552 under Seri Alam Properties Sdn Bhd.

1. Please provide the details such as the name as per in Sales and Purchase agreement: PTD number & Address for easier reference.
2. The payment advise or receipt need to be email to Puan Nura. Her email address is nura@umland.com.my.
3. Puan Nura will acknowledge and attach with the official receipt or contact +607 388 1111.

1. 每月RM100的管理维护费可在UMLand办公室缴交或透过SERI ALAM PROPERTIES SDN BHD（SAP）银行户口完成线上转账
2. 2022年1月至3月的费用为RM125/月。自4月份开始，费用为RM100/月。
3. 建议付款方式为每季（4月到6月）。
4. 已于1月份预交费用到6月份的，请到UMLand柜台查询以获得进一步协助。


您可以通过 IBG 将款项转入以下银行账户，并在转帐后及时通知我们，以便我们出具正式收据。
