*Next Course of Action:*

1. ROS unexpected rejection.

2. Crown Security close end May.

3. Umland assistance - blocked card, barrier issue, open Tiara account, payment to Daya Intelek, refund....etc.

Action taken

Called Dezana this morning:

1. She contacted Rokiah. No answer. She will continue to pursue. Likewise RC too wl pursue, if no response escalate to higher level.
Last option, visit her.

2. RC was *not* informed abt Tiara Account closure. Finance dept will email me. Ask her to get Mr.Auw's help. RC cannot move if account is closed.

Will continue following up the above matters until we succeed.
