We had an internal RC meeting yesterday at playground.
*Items to follow up* :
1. ROS registration still pending. More than a month. Will ask Umland to assist. Speed up.
2. Due to above, Bank Account Persatuan Penduduk Tiara yet to open. Will check with Umland if they can accept payment- only temporary basis.
3. Daya Intelek Security:
- barrier open. slight faulty on push/close button
- barrier was not tied up properly.
- will ask Umland to repair
- also to fix lights at security.
- team propose only male security at night. day time mixed gender.
- clocking pts few relocated at back of L58/59- dark alley areas
- ECom, visitors entry/exit not properly timed. Told Guards to focus. Residents received wrong ECom msg, pls inform Security.
4. Daya Intelek Agreement:
- review service contract
- 6 months term- to monitor performance
5. Crown Security:
- may close due to their RC issue
- If security closed then problem for Tiara too...safety, etc.
- Tiara to monitor their situation.
6. ECom Agreement.
- yet to sign
- RM300/mthly
- Rm600 one time payment utilize gateway apps.
7. MBPG
- had reminded them.
- retention wall; fence on top hill, safety concern
- damaged playground, muddy, etc
- dead trees, along L59, safety concern.
*Others*
- Guard saw cobra snake near L59. Likely coming from big drain/bushes at the main roadside - Becareful. If anyone saw, alert guard/bomba.
- Any updates regarding the previous police report? Break in few months ago. Kindly share here, if any.
Many issues around Tiara and require residents team support. Let's help each other.
