1. ROS progress - waiting for approval
2. Maint. Fee - Resident to settle old debts from UMland and start payment with new Tiara Management effective 1st April 2022. Start payment depend on the approval of ROS
3. Resident access card - Will get the handing over from UMland after ROS approval
4. Security patrol,clock pt - next 3 days they will start clocking point patrolling
5. Daya Intelek Agreement - They  will submit to RC next week
6. ECom,e-gateway $600 - need to check from the quotation the full scope of work before we agree on the amount.
7. ECom monthly fee-300 same as above
8. ECom complaints - En Zhafran will prepare google form for complains

9. To open Bank account after the approval of ROS

Please note Mr.Zafran has paid RM30.00 for ROS registration. He can claim from Umland.
There are many things need to sort out with Umland Mgmt, Dezana, before complete handover to Tiara.
Banyak kerja ohh...but we can manage. Teamwork.
