There will be a E-community training for residents on Monday 31 March 2022 at 10:00am, whoever want to know more about payment process, accounting records, guard QR code visitor entry, Billing fees notification and receipts, follow up outstanding fees, etc.may come. Location will be announce at Emerald Residence Group whatsapp.
31 March 2022 meeting with UMland and E-comm (Mr. Tan)
Good Day Fellow Residents,
Overall it's a good atmosphere in Umland Office attended by Umland Mgmt, ECom Trainer and Daya Intelek Security Team.
*Brief Summary of the Training & Meeting* :
1. Mr.Tan presented the ECom system and many Q&A were raised.
2. Mr. Tan Technical team manage to *segregate* Tiara and Crown residents list.
3. Tiara need to find one full-time Admin Secretary to manage both Tiara account and ECom. ECom may provide their service which he will share the proposal later. Another option is to outsource. Encourage Tiara to nominate anyone willing to take the job with certain payment.
4. Tomorrow 1st. April, Daya Intelek will take over the Security post. RC will brief them.
5. Maint.fee of *RM100/mth* will be paid once Tiara Bank Account is available - likely end April.
6. Agreement with Daya Intelek is 6 months only. This is to allow Residents to monitor their performance and highlight to RC.
That's all for now and would like to thank RC team and Residents for the usual support.
We're going to face few challenges along the way during this transition period but believe we can overcome it.
