Good Morning Puan, hope had a wonderful Raya

Need Umland Help:

1. ROS registration still pending.  More than a month. Can assist us?. We can try and call but need secretary to call. Because usually mereka Tak layan us. I have request my staff to follow up also.

2. Due to above, Bank Account Persatuan Penduduk Tiara yet to open. Yes need to wait for ROS approval

3. Since Tiara Account not open, can Residents pay to Umland - only temporary basis. SAP cannot accept payment

4. Security Post:
- barrier problem, faulty on push button - your team may communicate with etech
- barrier was not tied up properly. Your team may communicate with etech as it’s wear and tear

- can Umland assist to repair?
- also to fix lights at guard post - will assist but my technician only alone. Will assist asap

Kindly respond and provide expected time to complete.
