Maintenance fee

Dear Fellow Residents,

Regarding the maint. fee, we have info from Umland.

1. April and the coming months, please *don't* make the payment yet.

2. Payment can be made once RC registration with ROS completed and Tiara new bank account open.
- Expected by early May.

#Purchasing of new access card, temporarily on hold too.
