Our previous maintenance fee is RM85.00 monthly.
With effective from 1st Jan 2022 UMland bill us for RM125 monthly. 👈
Atarting from 1st April 2022, UMland will terminate the present AA Security and replace with the temporary security agency until Tiara Residence already got registered from ROS.
After the meeting tomorrow with UMLand and our new chairman, we can decide how much maintenance fee we are going to pay every month. For sure its not RM125.00.
ReplyDeleteMaintenance fees from 1 April 2022 onward will be changed, we wait for the meeting result on 31 March 2022 to know how much fee need to pay.
ReplyDeleteNew RC already apply for ROS waiting for approval. The following matters will be decided upon the release of ROS certificate.
