RC should make a report of all damaged public properties (like cracked fencing due to tree roots) and missing facilities (like guardhouse toilet) before we really take over the responsibility as the Residence Committee. Can we have a gotong royong every weekends, Some area of our fencing specially houses facing external fencing. Maybe can help to trim down some shrubs climbed over the fence. For clean and nice scenery of the residence.
